Bookings at Woofys Warehouse are only accepted once you have ticked the box to agree to abide to all Terms & Conditions as detailed in this document.
By ticking the box, completing your booking and entering Woofys Warehouse you agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions.

By entering Woofys Warehouse you (and any other persons accompanying you) agree to release, waive and discharge Woofys Warehouse, its owners and employees from liability, claims, demands or expenses (including legal costs). This includes injury to either dogs or humans during the use of the facility, damage to persons, dogs or property, actions or accidents caused during the use of the facility, falls, bites, injury from other dogs or death.
By entering Woofys Warehouse you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your voluntary use of the facility.

You accept that Woofys Warehouse cannot guarantee the safety of any dog using the facility.
Through play and using the equipment at Woofys Warehouse you acknowledge and accept that use of the play area, equipment, apparatus or toys is completely at your own risk.

You are legally responsible for your dogs behaviour at all times.
Dogs must be kept on a lead when entering and leaving Woofys Warehouse.
You must supervise your dog at all times, and never leave them unattended.
You must remove your dog immediately from the facility if they demonstrate aggressive behaviour or pose a risk to others. You may be asked by a member of staff to remove your dog if they display inappropriate behaviour.
You must ensure that your dog is under control at all times and is not able to escape from the play area.
Woofys Warehouse will not be liable for any injury incurred at the facility. Any requirement for consultation or treatment with a veterinarian is at your own cost and discretion.

You confirm that you will exercise and toilet your dog before travelling to Woofys Warehouse.
You confirm that you are over 18 years of age and take full responsibility for all dogs, children and any other persons accompanying you.
You confirm that your dog is in good health, free from any signs of illness, parasites and contagious diseases.
You confirm that your dog is up to date with vaccinations.
You confirm that your dog is over 12 weeks old.
You confirm that any female dogs you bring to the facility are not in season.
You confirm that we cannot accept any banned breeds to Woofys warehouse to comply with UK law and insurance terms.
You confirm that you understand the equipment at Woofys Warehouse is designed only for dogs to use. If you choose to use any of the equipment at the facility you do so at your own risk.

All bookings made at Woofys Warehouse require full payment at the time of reservation.
Any bookings cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours of your booking time, unfortunately cannot be refunded.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via the online booking system with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If you do not turn up for your booking, miss your booking or leave the facility early you will still be liable for the whole of the hire charge.
Woofys Warehouse reserves the right to refuse any application for the hiring of the facility without being required to give any reason for such refusal.
Woofys Warehouse reserve the right to withdraw permission to use Woofys Warehouse.

Woofys Warehouse operates a strict “take your dog poo home” policy.
On the event of a “toilet accident” you agree to use the cleaning products supplied to clean up after your dog immediately.
Poo bags will be provided and all poo must be taken home with you when you leave the facility.
A waste bin is provided for general use, and all rubbish (apart from bagged dog poo) must be put in the bin before you leave the facility.
No food, drinks or glass are allowed in any of the play areas.
Be aware that the floors may be wet or slippery after cleaning.

You agree that Woofys Warehouse is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft to your personal property including items belonging to your dog.

You accept that there is CCTV operating at all times, both within the facility at Woofys Warehouse and at the main entrance door.

Woofys Warehouse shall have the right to cancel any booking forthwith in the event that Woofys Warehouse is affected by an emergency of any kind. Woofys Warehouse will refund any fees paid in these circumstances.

Woofys Warehouse will keep your details on file to enable us to process your booking. By booking via the Woofys Warehouse website you agree to us holding this information.
All the data you provide to Woofys Warehouse is given with your consent and is of legitimate interest to enable you to receive confirmation and reminder emails which detail the entry code to the facility.
It is vital to have your contact details so we can reach you in an emergency, such as the facility closure or sudden code change.
The security and privacy of your information is taken seriously at Woofys Warehouse and we will never share your information with others without your written consent. We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not shared to any other parties.

You acknowledge that Woofys Warehouse operates as a self service facility. You will be issued with an entry code 4 hours before your booking is due to commence. This will enable you to access the facility for your private hire booking, and use it exclusively for the duration of your booking.
You acknowledge that although Woofys Warehouse staff are not always present, they can arrive at any time.
Woofys Warehouse endeavours to provide a safe and clean environment. Please ensure you leave the facility clean and tidy, for others to use.
You agree to supervise your dog at all times and accept sole responsibility for the behaviour of your dog while using the facility.

You agree that Woofys Warehouse may take photos and videos of your dog during its visit to the facility, and you agree that we can use these for promotional or marketing purposes.
If you do not wish your dog to be photographed please inform us before entering the facility.

Strict No smoking, vaping or using E Cigarette policy in place. This applies to both Woofys Warehouse premises and the whole Dene Business Park site. Anyone found to be breaking this policy may be banned from using the facility.
Strictly no drugs or alcohol to be used on the premises, including on the whole Dene Business Park site.
